We are unable to refund delivery charges for delayed parcels as this is an estimated delivery timeframe, not guaranteed.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you. Please find instructions to return your order here

If you need help finding the correct item(s), please use the contact form making sure you tell us the make & model of your appliance.

Once we have received your return we'll process it as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.

We are unable to offer exchanges due to logistics and processing issues. Please return your order for a refund, then reorder the correct items once you're ready.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a direct link to the couriers website to track the progress of your delivery.

You can find your VAT invoice on your order confirmation email.

Simply click "Download your VAT invoice here" to print/download your invoice.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or adjust your order. Please either refuse delivery, or return your order back for a refund, and then place an order for the correct item(s) if required.

We currently do not have the facilities set up to offer collection. Please order to the desired delivery address within our checkout.


Your appliance's model number will usually be printed on a sticker or stamped on a plate consisting of numbers and letters. You could also check any receipts or packaging from when buying your appliance.
